What will I be doing?

You will lead client projects across data integration, reporting and insight generation. This includes advising on data collection, analysing digital performance, and producing clear dashboards and presentations.

Working with Insight Consultants, you will turn data into meaningful insights and recommendations. You will present findings directly to clients and explain your approach clearly and confidently.

You will manage multiple projects, ensure high-quality delivery, and help identify opportunities for future work.

A week in the life

You may analyse website performance, prepare presentations, build KPI dashboards, or review user behaviour trends. You’ll meet with clients to present insights and support decisions with clear evidence.

Your week could also include collaborating with colleagues, contributing to new methodologies, and exploring ways to improve reporting and analysis.

You will have opportunities to grow your skills in tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio and SQL supported by structured development and coaching.

About you
You are comfortable working with data, communicating insights, and managing multiple projects. You pay attention to detail, enjoy problem-solving, and work well with clients and colleagues.

You should have experience with:

• Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics (or similar platforms)

• Web tracking, Google Tag Manager and carrying out tagging audits

• Excel (pivot tables, functions, charts, large dataset handling)

• PowerPoint (clear, visual presentations)

• Dashboard tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI

• Understanding of data best practice and combining data from multiple sources

• Basic familiarity with ETL processes

Experience in an analytical role, ideally in an agency or consultancy setting would be fantastic. Knowledge of data or marketing technology, and interest in developing your technical skills are all beneficial.
