Olympia is coming to the end of a major £1.3bn redevelopment project. About the Venue:

The Addison is one of the flagship premium hospitality destinations within the £1bn Olympia London regeneration project, a landmark development transforming one of London’s most iconic event and entertainment districts. Designed to deliver a high-end guest experience, the venue combines contemporary luxury with exceptional functionality, creating a distinctive setting for corporate events, private functions, and hospitality experiences.

About the Role:

Olympia is looking for a Senior Premium Sales Executive to bring a proactive and strategic approach to selling premium memberships for our new premium lounge ‘The Addison’ and event-by-event hospitality sales for all live-events across the new Olympia estate.

We are bringing a range of live entertainment to Olympia including music, comedy, indoor sporting events and more. The Senior Premium Sales Executive will drive sales to achieve sell-out of these events as well as securing memberships for The Addison.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales you will be responsible for identifying, developing, a premium database, delivering hospitality experiences that align with Olympia’s launch plan and strategic goals along with securing memberships for The Addison. You will be a highly motivated and results-orientated sales professional with strong background in premium sales, luxury services or membership programmes.


Key responsibilities:

  • Drive premium membership and hospitality sales , delivering against agreed targets and maximising revenue opportunities.

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through market targeting, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and lead generation activities.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across HNWI, corporate, and consumer markets to secure repeat and long-term business.

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle , from prospecting and presenting membership benefits through to negotiation and closing.

  • Collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences , support wider business objectives, and enhance the visibility of premium hospitality offerings through events and industry engagement.


Person specification

  • Proven success in hospitality, premium sales, or membership sales , ideally within the sports, entertainment, or live events sector.

  • Strong commercial and business development skills , with a track record of exceeding revenue targets and winning new business.

  • Excellent communication and influencing ability , capable of delivering compelling sales messages and building lasting client relationships.

  • Strategic, organised, and detail-oriented , with the ability to develop plans, manage priorities, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

  • Self-motivated team player , with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Sustainability Responsibilities:
