Pre-Sales Solution Engineer
- Provide pre-sales technical expertise to both product teams and customers.
- Offer technical input for projects and documentation, while identifying additional sales opportunities with existing clients.
- Collaborate with product teams to recommend solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Assist customers in identifying their technical specifications and the necessary documentation to integrate our products into their systems.
- Maintain up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of our products and services, as well as those of competitors.
- Write blogs, white papers, and other technical materials to showcase our product capabilities.
- Support customers in the implementation of new products, ensuring specifications are met and guiding them through the process as needed.
- Assist in the training of the sales team to promote better technical knowledge.
- Engage in hosted events. Including roundtables, trade shows, tech talks and similar forums, presenting the latest solutions and strategically positioning Leaseweb products.
- Proven track record in technical solution roles within IT, especially in Cloud environments.
- BA/ BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience in the IT industry, particularly in Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
- Comfortable writing blogs, attending events, and delivering presentations.
- Skilled at working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
- SAP experience is a plus.
