We are looking for a Digital Insights / Advisory Services Consultant to join our Advisory Services team. This role will report to the Team Manager , Advisory Services .

Our team works with some of the largest enterprise brands and agencies across EMEA, addressing complex digital challenges, from understanding end-to-end consumer journeys to unlocking insights from AI-driven discovery and visibility.

So, what will you be doing all day?

  • Partner with the go-to-market team and the AS Team Manager to scope and plan custom advisory projects addressing client pain points using Similarweb's data assets.
  • Take ownership of post-sale delivery, ensuring insights translate into measurable client impact and ongoing value realisation.
  • Translate client business questions into structured data requirements, working closely with data and technical teams to deliver robust outputs and clear, actionable insights on time.
  • Act as a trusted partner to clients throughout the project lifecycle, leading ongoing engagements and adapting analysis to evolving client priorities and business questions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, navigating various industries, datasets, and client environments in a matrix organisation with different project leads.
  • Identify opportunities to expand scope and assess the feasibility of new advisory opportunities, defining data requirements and methodology with awareness of commercial trade-offs before handoff to go-to-market.
  • Contribute to the development of emerging areas of insight, including AI-driven discovery and LLM visibility, translating new data capabilities into structured client deliverables.

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  • Communicates fluently in English at a business level.
  • Has proficiency in digital marketing, e-commerce, or online consumer behaviour.
  • Brings experience in client-facing roles or as a consultant, with a track record of delivering high-quality insights to solve business problems.
  • Can analyse complex datasets and present insights in a clear, structured, and compelling way to stakeholders.
  • Is comfortable managing multiple projects with shifting priorities and ambiguity, with a strong commitment to quality and timelines.
  • Has advanced proficiency in data analysis, Excel and PowerPoint, with strong attention to data rigour, QA processes, and experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Applies industry knowledge and broader trends to generate meaningful insights and value for specific client business needs.
  • Proactively identifies issues, develops solutions, and creates repeatable processes to address similar challenges — bringing creativity and interest in emerging data methods (e.g., AI-driven insights) to the role.
  • Is comfortable navigating technical ambiguity, assessing feasibility with custom data, aligning teams on methodology, and clearly communicating trade-offs to clients and stakeholders.
