POSITION OVERVIEW

Support the EMEA Construction team in the coordination and administration of new openings, refurbishments and special projects throughout EMEA.

We are very dynamic and open team with huge growth opportunities for an ambitious candidate. Our project range is diverse, starting from small furniture upgrades to new store openings, encompassing any activities within EMEA region and beyond, offering variety of work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaise with legal team on contract administration for vendors.
• Update EMEA program database. Produce, maintain, and publish new and refurbishment project calendars ensuring they are issued and updated in a timely manner throughout the process.
• Review project milestone for all relevant departments, highlighting risks and opportunities to the Construction Managers.
• Help Prepare monthly spend summaries and forecasts to share with finance dept.
• Assist in creating opening cost budgets for forthcoming projects.
• Create and maintain store project files, manage drawings and all relevant documentation by partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
• Publish department communication from the construction team on internal social media platform
• Collate as build documentation and O&M manuals for internal record.
• Collaborate with marketing department to create imagery for hoardings .
• Manage photo archive of new store openings.
• Create decks for conference calls and visual presentations.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Technical knowledge and practical experience supported by formal qualification in construction or design.
• Have completed studies in relevant subject ie. Construction, Interior Design, Architecture.
• Experience in retail design environment welcome
• Strong technical, but also creative and visualisation skills.
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office / MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
