The Opportunity
A leading international consulting firm is looking to appoint an entrepreneurial Capital Allowances specialist to build and lead a new service line within its established tax and advisory platform.
This is a true "build from scratch" opportunity - offering the successful individual full autonomy to create, shape and scale a proposition with the backing of a well-established business.
The Role
- Establish and lead the Capital Allowances offering within the UK business
- Originate new work through proactive business development and network leverage
- Build a market presence and develop a clear go-to-market strategy
- Work closely with internal teams to identify cross-sell opportunities
- Develop and grow a small, high-performing team over time
- Report directly into senior leadership, with significant visibility and influence
Support & Infrastructure
- Established sales and marketing infrastructure
- Dedicated Business Development support
- Access to wider tax and advisory expertise
- Strong brand and international platform
Candidate Profile
- Capital Allowances specialist operating at Director or Partner level (or ready to step up)
- Strong track record of winning work and building client relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build a business line
- Comfortable operating without an existing pipeline and creating opportunities from scratch
