Role: Senior Project Manager (Contractor)
Location: Central London – Site Based
Salary: £600 per day
Project Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery on one of London’s most iconic super-prime residential developments.
The project includes ultra-luxury interiors with bespoke finishes and specialist wellness/leisure facilities. With many materials procured internationally and high levels of client involvement, the programme demands precision, proactive coordination, and a sharp focus on quality.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
Take full ownership of day-to-day site operations, leading delivery across all construction activities.
Manage subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless programme execution.
Drive progress while maintaining strict adherence to budget, quality, and safety standards.
Programme & Coordination
Coordinate sequencing of high-spec works across multiple trades.
Identify and manage interface risks and ensure timely resolution of construction challenges.
Collaborate with the design team to review information, drive buildability, and support programme alignment.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure all works meet super-prime quality standards, with a hands-on approach to detail and finish.
Monitor progress against programme and maintain strict control of HSEQ compliance.
Manage and report against KPIs and project milestones.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the key interface between client, consultants, and delivery teams.
Lead site meetings, prepare progress reports, and manage expectations with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
Required Experience
Proven track record delivering super-prime residential or high-end hospitality fit-out projects on behalf of a contractor.
Experience managing complex interiors with bespoke, internationally sourced finishes and FF&E.
Strong commercial awareness, coordination ability, and leadership across multiple packages.
Confident managing high-pressure programmes with demanding quality expectations.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
