Concession Manager

As a Concession Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work with our extraordinary collections and create unforgettable experiences for our esteemed clientele.
The Concession Manager role:
- Increase the sales of the concession.
- Perform a sales ritual in line with brand policy ensuring to provide excellent customer service (presales, in-sales, aftersales). Have a strong product and pricing knowledge.
- Accompany the customer to the cash register, initiating them into the procedure for completing the sale (Rewards card, Cash reward program, packaging).
- Organize their own work to achieve sales objectives and observe timelines.
- Take part in special projects organization as capsules, new products, or marketing launches offering to the team their know-how.
- Monitor sales trends, low stock on bestsellers, missing product needs, and customer comments and share them with the UK Retail Manager and retail analyst.
Requirements
The ideal Concession Manager candidate:
- Previous experience in the role, driving a department’s sales and profitability while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Commercial awareness, you will have had exposure working towards sales-related KPIs
- In-depth understanding of clients’ expectations and what a luxury service entails
- Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to be flexible and adapt to change
- genuine interest and love for fashion and styling paired with excellent product knowledge
- Organised, able to prioritise and problem solve while working at a pace
