What you'll do:
You will be responsible for driving sales and profitability through effective planning, management, and analysis of merchandise across retail and online. Working across channels and functions, you will play a key role in optimising product assortments, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to meet customer demand and achieve business objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with buying teams to develop and implement seasonal range plans, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer preferences, and financial targets.
- Monitor stock levels, sales performance, and product replenishment to optimise inventory turnover, minimise stockouts, and reduce excess inventory.
- Utilise sales data, historical trends, and market insights to forecast demand, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Develop pricing strategies, markdown plans, and promotional campaigns to maximise sales and margin while maintaining competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align merchandising efforts with broader business objectives and initiatives
- Working alongside the merchandising team to plan and develop strategies including budgets and option planning
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years in a similar role in jewellery, fashion or luxury.
- Confident communicator with strong management skills
- Have energy and enthusiasm to push through barriers to get the job done
- Able to work collaboratively but also a self starter who is pro active and can take the lead
- Analytical with strong excel skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proactive nature, confident with a strong attention to detail with a passion to problem solve
