The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, proactive, creative, and community-savvy Social Media Manager who can elevate our digital storytelling, engage our growing community, and translate our brand values into scroll-stopping content. This is more than just posting pretty pictures, it’s about creating a connected , cohesive , and compelling multi-platform strategy that truly resonates with our audience.

You’ll be the bridge between our studios, students, and social spaces , ensuring every DM, Story, pin, post, and comment reflects the vibrant soul of MoreYoga - shaping our storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn + more .

This is more than just posting content. You’ll be:

You’ll work closely with our content, design, teaching, and leadership teams to ensure every post and interaction reflects our values and connects with our ever-growing audience.


Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Content Creation

Own and execute a multi-platform strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn , tailored to each platform's audience and culture.

Craft bold, beautiful, and brand-aligned content that celebrates yoga, wellness, community, and transformation.

Stay ahead of trends, sounds, formats, and features - and experiment with confidence.

Collaborate with our in-house creatives, teachers, and partners to bring stories to life through short-form video, reels, pins, memes, carousels, and more - repurposing and remixing assets into high-performing social content.

Plan, manage, and schedule content calendars in line with product launches, campaigns, and community highlights.

Visit studios, attend events, and collaborate with teachers to capture authentic, in-the-moment content.

Community Building & Engagement

Be present in the comments and DMs — engaging, listening, and responding with warmth and wit.

Cultivate an inclusive and loyal digital community by sparking conversations, amplifying our members’ stories, and celebrating milestones.

Run challenges, lives, giveaways, Q&As, and other creative formats to drive connection and growth.

Manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and collaborators to amplify our message.

Analysis & Optimisation

Track and report on KPIs, growth metrics, and engagement data to inform smart decisions and constant improvement.
Work alongside paid social and SEO teams to ensure strategic cohesion and content that converts.

Test content formats, posting times, and copy to improve reach and engagement.

Use insights to refine content pillars, posting rhythms, and formats.

Prepare monthly reports with clear insights and actions for optimisation.

Brand & Culture

Embody MoreYoga’s inclusive, irreverent, empowering tone in everything you post.

Be a visible, positive presence across the brand — both online and IRL.


You’ll Thrive If You Are:

A social native with 3+ years of hands-on experience managing brand accounts across multiple platforms (ideally in wellness, lifestyle, or youth brands).

A content wizard with strong creative instincts, editing skills, and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Compelling writing skills
, with a tone that’s human, warm, and vibrant.

A community-first thinker who understands how to foster trust, loyalty, and genuine connection for strong community-led marketing

A strong understanding of audience-first strategy, brand building, and platform nuances
(especially TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts).

A fast learner and self-starter , excited to test, learn, and scale what works.

Passionate about yoga, wellness, and mental health — or open to becoming obsessed (it happens - we know from experience!)

Savvy with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Later/Planoly, Meta Business Suite, Pinterest Creator Hub, and TikTok Creative Center.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with paid social advertising
  • Understanding of SEO, UTMs, and analytics dashboards.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing or brand collabs.
  • A yoga practice of your own or past experience in studios.
