Global Short-tail Pricing Actuary

Job Details

Bolton Associates are hiring for a Global Short-Tail Pricing Actuary to work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple regions, helping to shape and influence the development of a globally consistent Short-Tail pricing tool.

This is NOT a model-building role. You’ll be working at the heart of the business — defining requirements, influencing methodology and helping shape how pricing is delivered across the global Short-Tail portfolio. You will be working with stakeholders globally (underwriters and embedded actuaries), shaping a new global pricing approach and influencing
methodology, standards & tools.

We’re looking for someone with:

• GI actuarial experience, ideally with pricing exposure
• Strong technical and commercial judgement
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• A strong work ethic and proactive approach

Nearly/newly qualified actuaries or those who have chosen to stop the exams are also encouraged to apply.
