Lateral Partner Appointments – Strategic Expansion – London West End/Top 200

I am currently working closely with a number of London West End firms, including several within the Top 200, as they plan for the next phase of growth heading into 2026. As a result, I am advising on a range of lateral Partner opportunities across the West End/Top 200 market.

Partner recruitment remains a key priority, particularly where firms see clear scope to deepen an existing offering or build out a core practice area. Firms are taking a pragmatic and flexible approach to structure and remuneration, focusing on long-term contribution, technical excellence and cultural fit.

While Partners with a demonstrable following are highly sought after, I am also supporting firms that are open to strategic hires where there is a compelling business case and a credible plan for future growth. I have strong insight into investment strategies, succession planning and priority practice areas across the West End over the coming years.

Indicative Partner Remuneration – London West End/Top 200 (2025)

Packages remain highly variable and will depend on following, structure and role, but recent guidance sits in the region of:

£120,000 – £300,000+
