Talent Acquisition Manager needed in East London
This is a temporary role and the rate is £19.06 PAYE

The successful candidate will lead high‑quality, inclusive end‑to‑end recruitment activity, delivering effective attraction, assessment and selection processes across specialist technical, engineering and managerial roles. They will confidently navigate a complex, transforming matrix environment, building strong partnerships with hiring managers and People Function colleagues to influence decision‑making and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
They will apply senior‑level expertise in technical and software engineering recruitment, utilise data and market insights to drive performance, and champion inclusive hiring practices that support diversity objectives. With strong organisation, stakeholder management and communication skills, they will provide professional recruitment advice, manage competing priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement across the Talent Acquisition function.
