The Venue
Olympia is one of London's leading live event destinations, welcoming millions of visitors each year to world-class exhibitions, conferences, entertainment and cultural events.
As part of Legends Global, you'll work alongside experienced hospitality professionals delivering exceptional guest experiences across premium hospitality suites, VIP lounges, restaurants, bars and event spaces.
The Role
As a Hospitality Professional, you'll be an integral part of our hospitality operations team, delivering exceptional food and beverage service across a variety of premium event environments.
Whether working within VIP hospitality, corporate events, conferences, premium dining areas or exclusive guest lounges, you'll represent Legends with professionalism, confidence and attention to detail.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work collaboratively with colleagues to create memorable guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation and operational excellence.
The Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service and outstanding guest experiences across a range of hospitality environments.
Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and operational excellence before, during and after service.
Build positive relationships with guests, responding to requests professionally and efficiently.
Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of menus, beverages, allergens and service procedures.
Support the preparation, restocking and smooth running of hospitality areas.
Follow all food safety, health & safety and company policies.
Represent Legends and Olympia with professionalism and pride at every event.

We're looking for enthusiastic hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.
You'll bring:
Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage service, events, premium restaurants, hotels, bars or similar customer-focused environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, professional and approachable attitude.
Strong attention to detail and high standards of personal presentation.
The ability to remain calm, adaptable and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and reliable work ethic, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and major live events.
Previous hospitality experience is preferred; however, individuals with the right attitude, professionalism and commitment to excellent service are encouraged to apply.
Please note this is a casual role and shifts will vary depending on our live events programme.
