Conveyancing Paralegal
Job Details
A well-regarded Central London law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join its busy and collaborative conveyancing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of residential property transactions, working with a supportive team in a firm that values career development and client service.
- Supporting solicitors with freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Drafting contracts, preparing reports on title, and assisting with enquiries
- Handling searches, SDLT returns, and Land Registry applications
- Managing client communication and providing regular updates
- Preparing completion statements and handling post-completion work
- Assisting with file opening, ID checks, and general administrative support
- 1+ year’s experience in residential conveyancing as a paralegal
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent client care skills
- Able to manage your workload and prioritise effectively
- Proficient with case management systems and MS Office
- Hybrid working – 1 day a week from home
