Engineering Supervisor - Sheraton Heathrow Hotel

In this role, you’ll take charge of our day‑to‑day maintenance operations and lead a skilled team to deliver a safe, efficient, and high‑performing property. You’ll guide the engineering team, resolve technical challenges, and ensure the building runs smoothly and reliably at all times.
What You’ll Do
- Support the engineering team to deliver high standards across all maintenance tasks.
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate with other departments to support a seamless guest and colleague experience.
- Support project work, upgrades, and technical initiatives across the property.
- Grow, guide and support the team
What we’re looking for
- Strong technical knowledge in building services or maintenance.
- Experience supervising or mentoring a team.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and commitment to high standards.
- Great communication and organisational skills.
