THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

HG Group is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Care Worker to join our fast-growing Care Agency.

As a  Care Worker , you will work in the community to provide essential care and support to service users. From assisting with daily activities such as medication and personal care to providing companionship and emotional support, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in our care.

HG Group is currently working towards becoming a market leader within the Health and Scoial Care Sector. HG Group is a London-based Social Care provider located close to Romford. We work with placing care workers in the community for the provision of care commissioned by local authority, the NHS & Private Sector.

As a care worker, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly and gain valuable experience in different care settings whilst making a meaningful difference in clients lives.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including Morning, Lunch, Tea, and Bed calls.

  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centred care.

  • Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to undergo a DBS check. 
  • Completion of mandatory training relevant to the role (e.g. BLS, Manual Handling, Infection Control, Health and Safety, Safeguarding Adults and Children, etc).
