DA Claims Manager
Responsibilities will include overseeing referral claims handling, ensuring appropriate coverage decisions, reserving and authority controls are applied outside of Delegated Authority. You will provide technical guidance on complex or high-value claims where required. You will own oversight of a portfolio of MGA and TPA relationships, ensuring strong claims performance, governance and customer outcomes. You will lead regular performance reviews with outsourcing partners, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement. Applicants should have proven experience in claims handling, oversight or portfolio management (MGA/Delegated Authority preferred). A strong analytical capability with experience interpreting claims MI and performance data is preferred. This will be a hybrid role.
