The Work

• Execute Restaurant operations functions
• Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the Restaurant
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
• Deploy Crewmembers during a shift
• Provide exemplary customer service
• Uphold and enforce company policies and standards
• Complete other duties as assigned

What You Need

• GCSEs or equivalent
• 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience
• Able to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and travel
• Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills

Desirable

• Previous experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology systems quickly
