Insurance Client | London/Hybrid - 2 days | Excellent Package + Bonus + BenefitsAre you a proven project leader ready to shape and drive strategic change across a global insurance organisation?Our client - a highly respected and well-capitalised international insurance group - is seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee business-critical transformation initiatives, manage a team of experienced Project Managers, and embed best-in-class project delivery standards.In this high-impact role, you will:Lead and mentor a team of international Project ManagersProvide project assurance and governance oversight at the enterprise levelDrive the successful delivery of complex change programmes across business and ITWork closely with senior stakeholders, including Group and Executive leadersCollaborate with a strong Business Analysis and PMO function to embed best practicesKey experience required:10+ years in project delivery within Insurance/Reinsurance (Lloyd's market understanding ideal)Strong leadership of cross-functional delivery teamsPrevious experience line managing a team of Project ManagersProven track record of managing complex change initiativesDeep knowledge of project governance, assurance, and stakeholder engagementProject and Agile certifications preferredYou'll join a forward-thinking business recognised for its agility, entrepreneurial culture, and commitment to employee wellbeing - including a market-leading benefits package and a focus on diversity and inclusion.Interested?Please apply for a confidential discussion.
