Virtual PA (Part Time Freelance)

We’re an ambitious, fast-paced company led by a driven and forward-thinking CEO. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable and highly organised Virtual Personal Assistant to help streamline the CEO’s day-to-day operations and ensure their schedule runs smoothly.
Role Overview:
This is a dynamic and highly rewarding role for someone who thrives on organisation and enjoys making things happen behind the scenes. You will work closely with the CEO to manage their calendar, arrange meetings, and handle key administrative tasks that support their efficiency and productivity on a fractional basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, ensuring meetings and appointments are scheduled effectively.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and events across multiple time zones.
Send reminders and follow-ups to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Screen and prioritise emails and meeting requests.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Assist with occasional personal admin tasks as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Tech-savvy – confident using Google Workspace, Zoom, and other productivity tools.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs.
Comfortable working independently and remotely.
