The EYFS provision focuses on developing early literacy, numeracy, and social skills through a balance of structured learning and play-based activities. • Assisting with school routines, transitions, and outdoor learning activities

  • Participating in staff meetings, training, and school initiatives

  • Collaboration with a skilled and supportive staff team

  • Inclusive, nurturing, and collaborative school culture

  • Focus on staff wellbeing and professional development

  • Well-resourced classrooms and stimulating outdoor learning areas

  • Long-term career progression opportunities

  • The opportunity to make a lasting difference in young children’s lives
