About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven individual to join our growing team as Trainee Insurance Web Agent . This entry-level role is ideal for anyone looking to build a career in the insurance industry, with full training and development provided.
As a Trainee Web Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for small and medium-sized business owners who have requested a quote for commercial insurance through our website or partner platforms. These could include businesses such as retail stores, tradespeople, cafes, contractors, charities, and more.
Your role is to respond quickly, verify key details, understand their insurance needs, and assess whether we can support them in finding the most suitable commercial insurance coverage. You’ll then pass the opportunity to one of our Insurance Specialists who will handle the final quotation and policy discussion.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with business owners who have made real-time commercial insurance enquiries online
- Understand their business operations and confirm essential risk and coverage details
- Identify whether we can assist them with improved or more suitable insurance options
- Transfer qualified leads to our expert insurance advisors for further consultation
- Accurately record call details and customer information in our CRM system
- Provide a professional, friendly, and helpful experience at all times
