Afterschool Nanny, part-time hours, Job ID J1E6A4
A lovely family, based in Ealing, is seeking a part-time after-school Nanny to care for their school-aged child. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, energetic and proactive, who feels confident in assisting the child with homework and engaging in conversation. The candidate will be required to pick up the child from school, walk them home and complete light housekeeping duties relative to the child.
The family is happy to offer more flexibility and additional hours for the right candidate, if they are open to completing extra housekeeping tasks.
Working hours: 2-3 days a week between Monday and Thursday | 3.00 PM to 6.00 PM
Additional hours will be available during school holidays.
Duties include:
- School pickup and walking the child back home - 10-minute walk
- Accompanying the child to playdates, afterschool activities and appointments
- Engaging the child in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings
- Assisting with homework and school projects
- Preparing healthy snacks and meals tailored to the child
- Providing a warm and positive presence after school
- Keeping the child's spaces clean and tidy Ironing school shirts
- Changing the child's bed linens
- Helping the child establish and maintain a daily routine, ensuring a well-rounded development
The family is seeking someone to start in November/ December 2025.
