Here's What You'll Do In The Role You will own the full lifecycle of monitoring projects, ensuring they are resourced correctly, delivered on time, commercially successful, and communicated clearly to clients and internal teams. You will collaborate closely with surveyors, engineers, technical specialists, and senior leadership to ensure every project is delivered safely, precisely and with exceptional client satisfaction.
The Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage project plans that clearly define scope, objectives, risks, and deliverables
- Lead project briefings to ensure teams understand requirements and expectations
- Coordinate project documentation, access arrangements, reporting and technical output
- Maintain strong client communication and provide clear progress updates
- Monitor financial performance and identify efficiencies and revenue-enhancing opportunities
- Oversee data, file management, QA, health and safety and compliance processes
- Support the design of survey and monitoring systems for both automated and manual deployments
- Present technical concepts to clients and provide support on complex monitoring challenges
- Assist with quotations, programming, and business development initiatives for the monitoring sector
- Play an active role in expanding the Smart Monitoring division and strengthening its market position
- 5 years or more post-graduation experience in surveying or engineering
- Strong understanding of monitoring or surveying systems and construction environments
- Confident in reviewing technical specifications and explaining them clearly to clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage client expectations and navigate challenges calmly
- Capable of leading project teams, coordinating resources and managing budgets
- Highly organised and proficient with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional weekend work if required
- CSCS card
