Store Manager

- Monitor boutique performance, analyze KPIs, and implement action plans to maximize results.
- Ensure operational excellence and maintain impeccable visual merchandising and boutique standards.
- Act as a true brand ambassador, creating an inspiring environment for both clients and employees.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager within luxury retail, premium fashion, watches, or jewelry.
- Strong leadership skills with a genuine passion for coaching, developing, and empowering teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and drive commercial success.
- Client-centric mindset with a deep understanding of luxury service standards.
- Results-driven, proactive, and highly organized.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
