About the Role
As the Inclusion Administrator, you will serve as the organizational anchor for the school's inclusion, SEND, and pastoral provisions. You will work closely with the SENCO, inclusion leads, and external agencies to ensure that administrative systems, student records, and intervention tracking run seamlessly, ultimately helping every student overcome barriers to learning.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate administrative processes for SEND reviews, Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) annual reviews, and inclusion meetings.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date student confidential records and tracking databases in compliance with school and local authority policies.
Serve as a compassionate and professional point of contact for parents, carers, and external support agencies.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SENCO, inclusion team, and pastoral leads.
Implement efficient systems to streamline communication and data reporting across the inclusion department.
Requirements
Proven experience in administration, ideally within a school, pastoral, SEND, or local authority educational setting.
Outstanding organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail and data accuracy.
High level of empathy, discretion, and understanding when handling sensitive, confidential student information.
Strong IT literacy, including proficiency with student databases (MIS) and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
