Part-Time Advanced Nurse Practitioner Job

Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Chiswick
Location: Chiswick
Employment Type: Part-Time flexible sessions
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per year pro rata depending on experience.

An opportunity has arisen for a Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Chiswick . The practice is well organised, forward thinking and committed to advanced practice as part of its clinical model.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide autonomous consultations for patients of all ages.
- Manage acute presentations and exacerbations of chronic disease.
- Issue prescriptions and make onward referrals.
- Mentor practice nurses and support their development.
- Contribute to clinical governance, audit and protocol review.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current NMC PIN
- Advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Non-medical prescriber
- Confident working autonomously with GP support
