Strategy Director

We’re looking for a Strategy Director in London to lead strategy across key accounts within a highly respected, design-led studio.

This is a senior role for a strategic leader who can bring clarity to complex challenges, shape direction at the highest level and embed strategy throughout the creative process.

The business partners with ambitious clients on complex challenges, helping define direction, unlock new opportunities and shape meaningful work. This role sits at the heart of that, leading strategy across key accounts and influencing both clients and internal teams.

The Role

As a Strategy Director, you will lead strategy across multiple projects and accounts, bringing structure, clarity and ambition to the work.

You’ll shape thinking from early framing through to final articulation, ensuring strategy is embedded throughout the entire process, not treated as a standalone output.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead strategic direction across major projects and client accounts
• Bring clarity and structure to complex challenges and ambiguous briefs
• Shape strategic frameworks, narratives and opportunities
• Partner closely with creative and design leads throughout projects
• Set and uphold the standard for strategic thinking within the studio
• Support and develop other strategists within the team
• Contribute to business development and new opportunities

• Strong storytelling and presentation skills
• Workshop design and facilitation

• Proven experience in a senior strategy role within a creative, brand or design environment
• Strong ability to translate complexity into clear, compelling thinking
• Confident leading strategy across multiple projects and stakeholders
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills
• Comfortable working closely with senior clients and leadership teams
• Collaborative mindset, working across disciplines rather than in silos
