Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of a UK property & construction niche
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from client development to successful
- placements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior professionals
- Strategically grow your desk through business development, negotiation, and market expansion

- Proven experience in 360 recruitment, preferably within property, construction, or technical markets
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded, proactive, and target-driven
- Confident communicator, able to develop new business opportunities
