About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Year 5/6 Teacher to join the school on a full-time maternity cover basis starting January 2026 .

The successful candidate will:

• Inspire and lead a mixed Year 5/6 class , delivering high-quality teaching and learning
• Create engaging, stimulating, and challenging lessons across the curriculum
• Promote pupils’ academic growth, confidence, and curiosity
• Contribute actively to the positive ethos and wider life of the school

Requirements

• Experience teaching Key Stage 2 , preferably Years 5 or 6
• Formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g., PGCE)
• Legal right to work in the UK
