About the Role
The HR Manager will manage all aspects of HR within the academy, ensuring compliance with employment law, effective recruitment, and strong staff support.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
• Managing HR policies, procedures, and staff records
• Advising senior leadership on employment law and HR issues
• Supporting performance management and staff development
• Overseeing payroll, contracts, and HR reporting
• Promoting a positive workplace culture and staff wellbeing
Candidate Requirements
• Proven experience in HR management, ideally within education
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proactive, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with HR systems and school administration desirable
