Job Title: Commercial Property Lawyer

Location: Canary Wharf, London

Type: Full–Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Hybrid working arrangement: Four days in the office and one day working remotely

Salary: GBP70,000 – GBP80,000 DOE

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a dynamic legal team based in Canary Wharf. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and estate management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial property documents, including leases, licenses, and sale and purchase agreements.
• Providing expert legal advice to clients on property transactions and related matters.
• Conducting property due diligence and title reviews.
• Managing and advising on leasing negotiations and rent reviews.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction progress.
• Keeping abreast of relevant laws and industry developments, including BSA regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial real estate law.
• In–depth knowledge of the BSA (Building Societies Act) and its application in property transactions.
• Proven experience managing complex property deals with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
