Your Role
The Life Sciences Go-to-Market Manager is responsible for shaping, packaging and articulating differentiated Data & AI solutions for life sciences clients. Sitting at the intersection of sales, delivery and product teams, this role focuses on solution definition, proof-of-value (PoV) creation, proposal shaping and market-facing assets.
- Lead solution design during pre-sales engagements, including discovery, use-case framing and value articulation for pharma, biotech and medtech clients.
- Own the end-to-end technical–commercial solution narrative for bids, RFPs, and proposals, partnering closely with matrix and sales teams.
- Act as a subject-matter lead in client meetings, workshops and pitch sessions, engaging confidently with data, digital, and business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain GTM assets such as pitch decks, solution briefs, case studies, value frameworks and proposal boilerplate.
- Support account planning by mapping offerings to client priorities, maturity levels and transformation roadmaps.
experienced in life sciences consulting, pre-sales, solution architecture or industry AI/ data/ digital roles. - Hands-on experience designing PoVs, demos or pilot programmes for analytics, machine learning or digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of life sciences workflows, at least one of these in the pharma value chain - drug discovery, clinical development, regulatory, manufacturing, commercial operations.
- Ability to bridge technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Your Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in life sciences consulting (strategy, digital, analytics, or AI).
- Industry experience within pharma, biotech, or medtech, particularly in R&D, data, digital, or analytics functions.
- Advanced degree in a life sciences discipline, data science, or a related field.
- Exposure to UK/EU regulatory environments and data governance considerations.
- Working knowledge of modern data platforms, analytics stacks, and ML workflows.
- Ability to discuss AI use cases credibly and pragmatically, without over-claiming value or feasibility.
- Comfort reviewing solution architectures, delivery assumptions and effort estimates.
