Analytics Engineer - Marketing

The Role

We are now looking for an Analytics Engineer experienced with data warehouse modelling, who has a strong analytical capability and a good sense of quality. In this role, you will work with a wide range of data focusing primarily on Marketing and Medical Operations, delivering end-to-end value from data pipelining and modelling, to data visualisation and stakeholder management.

As a member of our friendly and knowledgeable Analytics team, with members based in Sweden, France and UK, you will be part of gaining a deep understanding of our tech products and healthcare operations around Europe to impact the strategy and direction of Kry/LIVI.

What you will do:

You will be collaborating closely with the entire Analytics team, as well as leading work with Marketing stakeholders on:

• Owning data pipelining for marketing in DBT, ensuring robustness and improvements to the internal attribution model

• Analytical cases such as supporting marketing experimentation and growth strategies (A/B testing, funnel optimisation)

• Understanding the full patient journey and life cycles (marketing channel attribution) and translate data to actionable strategic insights for marketing

• Performance analysis across marketing channels and identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and improve ROI

• Aligning marketing with business goals (CAC, ROI, LTV)

• Visualisations and modelling in Looker (dashboarding and LookML)

You will have the opportunity to grow in a multitude of areas not limited to analytics engineering such as advanced analytics/data science, business analytics SME in any of other major areas (healthcare operations, tech or product analytics, financial analytics, people analytics etc.).

Who you are

• 2-5 years of experience in hands-on data analysis assuming roles like Analyst, Data Scientist, Management Consultant or similar. Preferably, you have a Masters degree in quantitative fields like Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent domains.

• Interest in Marketing and/or customer experience and Medical data

• Knowledge in programming languages such as SQL, Python and R

• Meriting with experience in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI etc, or Marketing tools such as Adjust, Braze and Hubspot

• You are a great teammate with good communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in English (business language)
