Surveying and Field Data Collection Specialists
Senior Quantity Surveyor - Central London

Responsibilities
- Provide commercial input to the management team, including financial and contractual performance forecasts, to ensure business targets and KPI’s are exceeded.
- Prepare monthly cost / value reports and review results with other team members to consider trends.
- Produce commercial reports and review results with other team members to consider trends.
- Perform physical measurements of works and agree them with clients and subcontractors.
- Certify and pay subcontractor accounts, monitoring them against forecasts.
Requirements
- Possession of a Full UK Driver’s License.
- Education to Degree level or equivalent experience.
- Experience within a similar Quantity Surveyor role.
- Confident IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Contract: Full Time, Permanent – flexible hours available
