Job Description

About the Role

In the finance and corporate occupier sectors, we are working with a range of clients to develop AI adoption strategies, and collaborate with them to support the development, procurement and deployment of AI use cases in capital delivery, major programmes and portfolio management.

We are seeking an exceptional, senior AI professional to lead this transformation for some of our key clients. You will own AI use-case strategy and enterprise change across capital delivery and infrastructure functions which involves mapping and re-engineering processes, deploying proven AI tools, and scoping and shaping bespoke solutions that create lasting value.

Your will have the opportunity to be a trusted advisory for some of the world’s most forward-thinking clients and lead the delivery of complex and high-profile AI adoption programmes. You will operate and engage clients at an executive level, build and lead multidisciplinary teams, and bring clarity, pace and confidence to environments defined by ambiguity and rapid change.

This is a defining role for an ambitious leader who wants to shape a fast-growing capability. Success will be measured through client impact, revenue growth and Turner & Townsend's reputation as a leader in AI-enabled transformation in the Infrastructure market.

  • Bring structure, governance and pace to complex, multi-stakeholder change.

Map and transform business processes

  • Work with clients to map, challenge and redesign core capital delivery and infrastructure processes.
  • Identify high-value AI use cases and prioritise them against feasibility, risk and return.

Deploy AI tools and drive adoption

  • Lead the selection, deployment and scaling of AI tools across client organisations.
  • Ensure solutions are integrated, secure and fit for enterprise use.
  • Drive user adoption, capability building and measurable change.

Scope and shape bespoke AI solutions
