Partner-Digital Experience
Control Risks is transforming the business through the application of Digital Technologies and Data. Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) is responsible for the roadmap, development and support of key platforms enabling this change, including MyControlRisks, the Control Risks Data Lake and the AI product portfolio. As well as client facing platforms, this includes the development of internal tools and emerging technologies such as Generative AI – under development with the SimonSays tool and CoPilot Wave.
The Partner – Digital Experience is a high profile role that will be instrumental in the delivery of Control Risks 4D strategic pillar (Data Driven, Digitally Delivered). The individual will lead a team of product managers, driving the definition and delivery of our digital platforms. Working with stakeholders across the business you will co-create value through the definition and coordination of product roadmaps, providing leadership and direction to development and delivery teams, and lead adoption and engagement across the business. This role will drive innovation, growth, and user satisfaction across our digital product portfolio.
The Partner – Digital Experience is a key leadership role across an integrated/ ‘virtual’ product team consisting of Business Analysts, UI / UX Designers, Solution Architects and Delivery Managers. Working across a team multi-functional virtual team, the successful candidate will represent the business and stakeholders within the delivery process ensuring a focus on benefit realisation. You will work collaboratively with teams across the department to achieve the business outcomes.

What You'll Do:
Product Strategy
- Working with the Chief Strategy Officer, the Chief Digital Officer and other key senior stakeholders, agree and own the 4Dproduct strategy and roadmap and plans. Demonstrate a deep understanding of client needs and strategic priorities, based on client demand and feedback.
- Own the strategy and delivery of key components of the 4D strategy including MyControlRisks, UserManagement, the Control Risks Data Lake, and Simon Says and our portfolio of AI solutions that including CoPilot and internally built AI agents.
- Guide product managers in developing and executing product strategies aligned with company objectives
- Review and approve product roadmaps, ensuring they meet business goals and user needs
- Provide strategic direction and support to product managers throughout the product lifecycle
- Regularly showcase Product Strategy as well as work of the Digital Experience function to wider business to demonstrate current and future value
Data Platforms
- Working closely alongside the Partner – Digital and Data Delivery , manage and mentor the team providing data platforms and products to the business – IntelHub, SimonSays, CRDL, and business reporting.
- Manage the direction and prioritisation for the delivery of production data platforms and services to the business according to agreed service levels and objectives – drive the provision of services in a client centric manner.
Product Lifecycle
- Accountability for product lifecycle, ensuring it remains relevant to client and business need
- Provide leadership and direction to the product management team throughout the product lifecycle, from stakeholder engagement to define features and roadmap through development and delivery.
- Drive adoption of key platforms within the business, providing support to sales and consulting teams
- Work in collaboration with colleagues across DTS including architecture, infrastructure, service delivery, security and app to embed product management processes and artefacts, as part of the wider enterprise architecture framework - align with the DTS Delivery Framework to ensure collaboration with and alignment to DTS delivery requirements and our enterprise architecture framework
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to ensure alignment on product goals and strategies
Product Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of digital and data products and features
- Act as a point of escalation and direction for teams supporting the product lifecycle
Team Performance and Metrics
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product management team
- Monitor and report on team performance, productivity, and impact on business objectives.

- Passion and experience in driving digital innovation and adoption across an organisation. Strong understanding of applying data and AI solutions within a business consulting environment.
- Have ten years + experience in a product management role working across development, strategy, client stakeholder management.
- Have ten years + experience in an international team management role and enjoy building and developing our people.
- Have experience at all levels of product definition, from high level strategy engaging with business objectives, detailed product roadmaps and feature planning through to implementation and adoption.
- Enjoy working in a leadership role across integrated, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Have experience driving adoption and uptake of a product.
- Have excellent communication skills, able to present concepts in a clear, compelling manner, building engagement.
- Be highly motivated, committed, authentic and compelling, as they will be required to engage globally across the business, working collaboratively to achieve outcomes.
