About The Role

A senior position within the News print team, using the Telegraph’s digital treatment of key news stories to create top quality newspaper pages. They might be required to take several posts from a liveblog and combine them into a news wrap, or pull out the key facts from an interview to turn into a page 1 write-off.

They will be asked to step up at times to edit the paper. The News Print Editor will feel comfortable traversing a diverse mix of subjects, editing copy and creating visually stunning pages. They will be guided by our content’s online performance to build the pages with an awareness of digital publishing across the newsroom.
