Site Manager
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee a traditional build project in Surrey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing both internal and external works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all on-site activities for the duration of the project. * Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site staff. * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures. * Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and report on milestones. * Maintain high-quality standards for both internal and external work. * Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers as required. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on traditional build projects. * Experience managing both internal and external construction works. * Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practices. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to solve problems proactively and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
