Learning & Development Manager
About atis:
We’re a fast-growing food brand with big ambitions and bold ideas. Our mission is to bring nourishing food to people in a way that feels fresh, modern and full of energy. We don’t do beige. We do colour, creativity, culture – and we’re building a brand that reflects that.
Above all, quality comes first at atis – quality of food, quality of customer experience, and quality of the employee experience. We care deeply about delivering on this across everything we do.
Culturally, we value people who are fun, friendly, kind, smart and engaged. We take our work seriously, but don’t take ourselves too seriously — and we’re building a team where people love what they do.
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced L&D Manager to help shape and scale the internal development infrastructure for a rapidly growing company of approximately 300 employees. As the first core L&D role within atis, this is an exciting opportunity to establish the foundational principles of truly excellent L&D, through embedding systems and processes, creating dynamic and forward-thinking content, and supporting the long- term development of talent across multiple sites.

You might not have first-hand experience implementing every single one of these areas. What’s important is that you have a strong understanding of several, the knowledge of which you can leverage to grow into the rest.
Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience within an L&D team
- Creation of training content; both in-person and digital
- Delivery of training workshops
- Creation and implementation of internal development pathways

Mindset:
You’re a builder and a doer. You care about getting things done and doing them well. You are hands-on and proactive, you sweat the details, and you thrive on making things work better — for the business, for our people and for our customers.
You care about the quality of the food, the experience our customers receive, and the experience our teams have every day. You’re motivated by making things excellent. You love good food and great brands, and you want to be part of building one that’s going to last.
You are kind, smart, positive and engaged — and you enjoy working with like-minded people. You take your work seriously, but you don’t take yourself too seriously.
