Design plays a central role in our product development. Over the past two years, we’ve built a collaborative, research-driven design team that partners closely with product and engineering to create meaningful, customer-focused experiences. From evolving our brand to building a scalable design system, we’re laying the foundation for a product that’s intuitive, accessible, and delightful to use.

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll join a team that values curiosity, clarity, and continuous improvement. You’ll work on impactful challenges across the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and help raise the bar for design across the company.

How you’ll help us grow

• Taking ownership of the entire design process, from identifying opportunities through research to prototyping and delivering polished UI

• Gathering and synthesizing evidence (through interviews, usability testing, analytics, and other methods) to guide design decisions and reduce uncertainty

• Framing your work around assumptions, testing them with users, and turning learnings into clear next steps for the team

• Breaking down complex problems into simple, actionable concepts using flows, wireframes, and storyboards that keep the team aligned and focused

• Exploring and communicating ideas at the right level of fidelity, from early sketches to interactive prototypes and final UI specs

• Sharing research insights in ways that help the team focus on the most promising opportunities

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to turn insights into informed decisions

• Communicate design decisions with clarity and purpose, adapting your message to suit peers, executives, or cross-functional teams

• Present ideas in ways that encourage alignment, invite feedback, and help the team move forward together

• Connect user needs to business outcomes through clear storytelling and strong visual communication

• Thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments where data, creativity, and curiosity drive product thinking

• Work independently when needed, taking initiative and ownership without losing sight of the bigger picture
