The role of a Fire and Security Small Works Engineer: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fire and Security Small Works Engineer to join my client. As a key member of their field team, you will be responsible for carrying out small works across both fire and security systems. Key Responsibilities: To pick up small works orders that have been raised by the service team and ensure repairs are all in line with the British Standards Diagnose and repair faults on fire alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems Provide technical support and guidance to clients. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Maintain accurate records of work completed, including reports on system status and any issues. Provide expert technical advice and support to customers. Complete all relevant documentation and reports as required. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Maintain strong customer relationships, providing excellent service at all times. Requirements: Proven experience as a Fire and Security Engineer Knowledge and understanding of fire and security systems, including relevant regulations and standards. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose faults in electrical systems and fire/security equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Full UK driving license.
