So, who are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our luxury automotive account team, supporting the delivery of high-quality marketing communications. This is a hybrid role, typically based three days a week in our Bournemouth or London offices, with flexibility to work remotely on other days. You should be within commutable distance of these locations.
Reporting to the Senior Account Manager and Business Director, you’ll be confident managing multiple priorities and maintaining strong attention to detail. You’ll be skilled at building effective relationships, coordinating a variety of tasks, and ensuring smooth project delivery — from responding to client requests and managing campaigns, to collaborating with our studio team and handling project finance and reporting.
You’ll enjoy working with detail, approach challenges with a solution-focused mindset, and take pride in delivering accurate, reliable outcomes. Creative thinking and collaboration will help you find the most effective way to get the job done. Above all, we’re looking for someone who is dependable, has a positive attitude and is committed to supporting the team’s success.
What are the key responsibilities?
Managing the day-to-day delivery of client briefs in line with agreed SLAs
Ensuring high-quality project delivery that meets client brand standards
Coordinating client communications across email, Teams, and phone
Collaborating with internal teams – planning, studio, digital – to deliver work in line with client briefs
Raising quotes, scheduling resources, and managing briefs from start to finish
Supporting larger creative campaigns and productions as required
Assisting with content development
Making minor copy updates where needed
Contributing to reporting requirements
Using approved krow kinetic processes and systems on a daily basis
Is there any specific experience, skills or qualifications needed?
Effective communicator, comfortable via phone, email, and face-to-face
Flexible and adaptable approach to working to meet client and project needs
Experience in an agency, similar role, or relevant transferable experience
Strong project management skills, including handling purchase orders and invoicing
Interest in or experience within the automotive sector is welcome but not essential
Understanding of digital projects and processes
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Familiarity with agency processes and systems is desirable but not essential
This is a dynamic role offering the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of agency life. Occasional flexibility outside standard hours may be required, with notice provided in advance
