Client Executive
Location: Hybrid (2 days a week in London Office)
Salary: From £30,000+ & 10% discretionary bonus

About the Role
We are looking for a Client Executive to join our Plan-Apps team . In this role, you’ll support the management of a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality, insight-led projects that drive commercial success. You’ll work closely with internal Insight and Planning teams to turn data into meaningful consultancy, helping clients answer real business questions with confidence.

A Little Bit About You
You’ll bring:
1+ years’ experience in a client-facing role
Experience contributing to high-quality deliverables
Confidence presenting work directly to clients
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
A baseline understanding of the retail media industry
A solution-focused mindset and the ability to think differently
An interest in data and insight (experience working with data is a plus)

What You’ll Be Doing
Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:
Supporting the management of key client relationships and contributing to overall relationship health
Delivering insight-led projects and consultancy work to a consistently high standard
Using a consultative approach to answer client business questions with data-driven solutions
Managing multiple live projects across different clients
Communicating the Plan-Apps proposition confidently and handling common client objections
Collaborating with Insight and Planning teams to create impactful outputs
Contributing ideas to wider organisational initiatives that support SMG’s mission
