We focus on creating an environment that encourages our people to speak up and do the right thing, as well as protecting our customers, the organisation and the integrity of the financial markets in which we operate. Already an industry-leader in many respects, we want to continue setting standards and evolving to respond to strategic changes.

  • Support business model users by providing training, conducting user forum and obtaining feedback.
  • Support the internal review of the model development process.
  • Assist in the preparation of portfolio analysis and impact analysis.
  • Collect and analyse data in order to ensure modes are successfully built and are in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Confidently liaise with senior stakeholders and business model users.
  • Liaise with Risk Systems and IT to support model deployment.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Ability to prepare clear and effective presentations, trainings and workshops.
  • Strong data management and system deployment skills.
  • An ability to drive delivery of projects within the agreed time scale, in liaison with all relevant stakeholders: team colleagues, model owners, credit, business, IT, senior management and model reviewers.
