Support PA (Driver) - Hampstead NW3 ☀️🚗

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Support PA (Driver) to assist a young adult male client in Hampstead, NW3. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-run, long-term care package in a welcoming and supportive home environment.

PA (Personal Assistant) in this role means offering practical, day-to-day support – mainly safe driving to appointments and occasional light organisational tasks – rather than providing personal care.

About the Role:

You’ll be supporting a young adult client with driving and light PA tasks. The focus is on providing safe and confident driving to and from physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, and rehab appointments, along with occasional PA support as needed.

The client is highly independent, values privacy and flexibility, and is looking for someone professional, approachable, and easy to work with.

As a Support PA (Driver), you will be:

• Driving the client’s automatic hatchback confidently
• Providing transport to appointments (mostly outside London, some within)
• Assisting with light PA tasks as required
• Respecting the client’s independence, privacy, and cultural values (e.g., no pork)
• Working flexibly while maintaining a positive and professional approach

Job Details:

📌 Job Type: Monday to Friday
🗓️ Shift Pattern: 9:00am – 7:00pm (flexible depending on client’s needs)
🪙 Pay Rate: £15.84/hour
📍 Location: Hampstead, NW3
🚗 Driver: Essential

What We’re Looking For:

We welcome applications from reliable, friendly individuals who are confident drivers and comfortable supporting a highly independent client. Experience with spinal cord injury is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided. The client values flexibility and a professional yet easy-going approach.

Training & Support:

Paragon is a specialist provider of Spinal Cord Injury and complex care. Full training will be provided to support you in this role. Previous SCI experience is not required.
