Trainee Area Visual Manager UK&IE
Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Area Visual Manager, you play a key role in delivering an inspiring, commercial, and consistent customer experience by implementing visual standards & commercial excellence.
Fashion curiosity & Trend Awareness: In collaboration with your Area and Store teams, you leverage your trend awareness to ensure that visual and commercial implementations align with guidelines and the store activation plan, while coaching your VM team on trend awareness and styling techniques to enhance the customer experience.
Customer Sales & profit: You empower VM and store teams to be solution-orientated, creating efficient actions that enhance our customer´s satisfaction to help achieve sales targets, store goals and budget.
Teams & Talent: You lead, coach and inspire area and store teams on seasonal changes, fashion trends and visual guidelines, while proactively identifying, recruiting and developing visual talents to support business needs and maintain a healthy talent pipeline
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In this role, you will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure visual excellence and store profitability. Your ability to coach, inspire, and develop visual talent will be key to driving success across the area.
- Store Visual Merchandisers & Visual Merchandising Managers to ensure visual excellence and consistency.
- Store Management Teams to align visual strategies with business goals.
- Sales Market Visual Manager to maintain brand standards and implement global guidelines.
- Area HR & Talent Teams to support recruitment, training, and development of visual talent.
- Expansion Project Teams to contribute to new store openings and store redesign projects.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with
- Visual Merchandiser experience within a fashion brand or retail styling (1-year minimum).
- Strong visual merchandising skills and ability to drive business through creativity and commerciality.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in coaching and developing teams.
- A deep understanding of fashion trends, styling techniques, and competitor landscapes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stores.
