Role Responsibilities
As a Site Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and general upkeep of the school buildings and grounds.

Conducting routine checks of facilities and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
Supporting the setup and breakdown for school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire safety and security procedures.
Assisting contractors, suppliers, and staff with on-site projects and repairs.
Managing supplies of consumables and equipment, reporting when replenishment is required.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in a site, caretaker, or facilities role is desirable.
Practical skills in general maintenance and basic DIY tasks.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures and safe working practices.
Reliability, initiative, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
