Role Responsibilities

As a Site Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting routine checks of facilities and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.

  • Supporting the setup and breakdown for school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities.

  • Assisting contractors, suppliers, and staff with on-site projects and repairs.

  • Managing supplies of consumables and equipment, reporting when replenishment is required.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in a site, caretaker, or facilities role is desirable.

  • Practical skills in general maintenance and basic DIY tasks.

  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and safe working practices.

  • Reliability, initiative, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
