Front of House & Bar Manager
- Facilitate onboarding and training of new team members.
- Coordinate team schedules for optimal productivity.
- Provide ongoing coaching to FOH staff for exceptional service.
- Drive secondary spend initiatives in the venue.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards.
- Lead sales, events, and in-house promotions.
- Oversee FOH opening/closing and LR Portal tasks.
- Coordinate radio communication between departments.
- Respond to escalations with quick guest resolution.
- Manage box office administration efficiently.
- Cover Ops1 duties as needed.
- Compile daily show reports and sales reports.
- Drive daily sales and guest satisfaction.
- Manage F&B, merchandise, and photo supplies inventory.
- Conduct regular stock taking and record-keeping.
- Supervise bar restocking and line cleaning.
- Develop merchandise planograms for optimal sales.
- Ensure compliance with IP standards for all products.
- Generate new merchandise ideas for approval.

- A minimum of two years' experience in customer service or hospitality management.

- Experience working with and managing EPOS systems.
- The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Excellent presentation skills, maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
- Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer and operational challenges.
- Passionate about the hospitality industry with a strong knowledge of food & beverage operations.
- Mixologist experience, with the ability to create new menu content.
- Skillset to train and mentor FOH and Bar team members.
- Confidence in working as part of a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
